Areas of Expertise
Individual Therapy
I have over 5 years of experience with working with a wide array of individuals in a variety of settings. My past experiences have helped me to develop a wide understanding and appreciation as a therapist of the variety of challenges different individuals can face, and how I can best support my diverse clients.
Autism and ADHD
Autism and ADHD are both neurodevelopmental conditions that impact an individual from early development stages. These conditions fall under the umbrella term of neurodivergence. I provide an understanding and collaborative approach for neurodivergent individuals and honor their own individual needs and how they view the world.
Trauma Informed Counseling
Trauma and stress can have a wide variety of impacts, and these impacts can vary between individuals as well. By using a trauma informed approach in therapy, we can acknowledge and address the individual ways stress and trauma show up in your life.
LGBTQIA+
Mindful Spectrum Therapy is a safe space for individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations! I provide an affirming approach to working with and supporting members of the Queer community helping them reach their personal goals for therapy.
